The methodology of Global Languages (GDL) springs out of the necessity of finding out the numberless communicative resources of man.

It is based on corporeity, meant as a unifying element of all the expressive possibilities and an awakening of the communicative potentials in whatsoever existential situation.

Its psychic motivation is that of getting back the desire of expressing oneself to pursue complacency and the pleasure of living.

GDL, which allows the observation of all the expressions of corporeity, is based on 2 fundamental elements:

-the muscular tone, on which it is important to intervene for a balance of the psyche

-synesthesia, as a spontaneous association of the different sensory images in the stimulation even of one sense.

The expressive potentials, observed and developed, allow the attuning and the growth of a person in free expression.
